REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUND 

Due to the nature of our business, Payment is for digital products; we do not offer refunds after work has already been started, which is non-returnable. You will get your purchased product within 1 working day.

The client can cancel the contract anytime; a refund will not be provided if the contract is canceled in between the ongoing month. In this case, while future billing will be discontinued, no prorated refunds will be given.

  • A refund will not be applicable if the client does not approve 247 Soft’s suggestions and recommendations to certain changes (“White Hat” only), including, but not limited to, changing the content of the website, theme, plugin, site template, UI templates, and designs.
  • A refund will not apply if the client hires another web-developing Company within the contractual period or performs web development on his/her website in parallel.
  • A refund will not be applicable if the client does not provide the required access to the website for development purposes or if the client’s website is offline or is not working state.
  • No payment will be refunded once the client approves mock-up designs and the project moves on to the progressing phase.

We offer no refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are inactive, abandoned, or lay dormant for more than a month.

We issue refunds for products within 7-10 days of the original Purchase of the product. If you get defective or damaged products from us, then please inform us at help@247soft.net. It may take a maximum of 30 days to process the request for a refund.

For promotional offers, You have to demand a refund within  3 days.

EXCEPTIONS 

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

* Adverts used for Paid campaign

  • Content published on the website
  • Video content used for Website or Service promotion
